In Norfolk they apparently call ladybirds/ladybugs "bishy barnabies" ... (strange lot!) A couple of weeks before we went to visit there had been a freak swarm of ladybirds/bugs/bishey barnabies along the norfolk coast ... Most of them had gone by the time we arrived but we still spotted quite a few!
